Sober Living Services
Finding a job can be one of the most challenging (and important) parts of early recovery. That’s why we partner with Employee Solutions to make sure all our residents find work within ten days of moving in. It’s all about helping residents reintegrate as happy, healthy, productive members of society.
Employee Solutions has been operating out of Farmer’s Branch, Texas, since 1997. It started with zero clients and has grown to become one of North Texas’ largest staffing agencies. Real Deal is proud to partner with a business nationally recognized for its growth as a private staffing agency.
Intensive Outpatient and one-on-one counseling
We work with many IOP (intensive outpatient) programs that transport residents to and from their treatment centers. In life, one size does not fit all, and that is doubly true in addiction recovery. That's why we believe in finding treatment that is the best clinical fit for each resident.
We also make sure our residents have the opportunity to participate in counseling to address any underlying issues in their lives. A wide range of options to choose from ensures each resident meets with a professional who is the right fit for them.
When it comes to addiction, more than just the one using the drugs or alcohol gets affected. Often, the family is hit hardest. That's why we started our Family Program.
Hosted by Laine DiStefano, the family program meets on the first and third Monday of each month. It helps put families back together by rebuilding relationships and teaching family members how to deal with their loved ones' addiction.
We know full well how important accountability is in recovery. Sometimes having someone there to watch over us can make all the difference. That's why we created The Watchdog.
The Watchdog will live up to his name by watching over residents from the beginning to the end of their stay at Real Deal, making sure no one falls through the cracks. His duties include contacting families weekly and making sure each resident is meeting his goals and living up to his full potential.
